We deliver leadership training to middle managers who are considering taking the next step up in their careers, whether it be as a senior manager, Head of a Department or Director of an Organisation.
Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. In a work place, this can mean setting the direction and using management skills to direct your people to the right destination, in a smooth and efficient way.
We will incorporate the four stage model listed below into the training. It is, however, focussed on the next generation of leaders. We will meet with you to propose a possible programme and take on board your suggestions and ideas. This is a sample course outline which can be tailored to your organisational needs.

How we work
We will meet with your Human Resource Department, or your Learning and Development Manager or a Senior Manager to discuss your training needs. From our discussions we will then suggest a course outline and training requirements. On confirmation we will agree everything in writing including days and times etc.
Before we deliver the training we ask all attendees to complete a short pre-seminar questionnaire. With career coaching sessions we ask all those requiring career coaching to complete a short questionnaire and return it to us along with their CV. This is to make sure the time spent together is maximised to its full potential.
A career coaching session takes an hour. If Stirling Careers Consultancy needs to do any follow-up research it will email it through to you afterwards.
