This programme is particularly relevant to anybody in their, 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s who is considering a career change / options and is unsure where to start.
1st Session Self-Awareness One-to-one careers session exploring your career ideas, transferable skills, values, achievements and motivations. (This Programme can be changed to suit individual needs).
At the end of the careers advice session, we then take a short break 5/10 minutes and then I give you the instruction to do the psychometric assessments. This takes 20 minutes.
You then do the psychometric assessment in your own time. To complete the psychometric assessments takes hundred minutes and you get 12/13 careers recommended to your strengths.
2nd Session Going through results of psychometric assessment (This Psychometric Assessment is completely optional).
3rd Session Exploring your 3/4 possible career choices in more detail and help you put an action plan together.
4th Session Helping and supporting you to put your CV together along with your covering email / letter.
5th Session Helping you to put a job search plan together, this includes making job applications, networking, LinkedIn, speculative approach et cetera. Giving you materials to help you track your job search.
6th Session Helping you prepare and succeed at job interviews both in person and online.
Cost of six sessions of one hour duration at £125 plus £35 to do psychometric assessments.
Total costs: £750 + £35 =£785 (Not subject to VAT)
Payment terms= Pay for the first two sessions upfront £285 and thereafter pay session by session.
Sessions delivered face-to-face at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Queen Street near Mansion House tube station in London. Subject to room availability. Other venues in Central London. Sessions also delivered on Zoom for clients outside London and the UK.
