Stirling Careers Consultancy provides a personal one-to-one service where we spend time getting to know you, understanding your previous employment history and looking at the types of roles you would like to apply for. We will help you to market yourself to prospective employers and put together a targeted action relevant to the type of job/s you are considering.
We specialise in supporting clients applying for a range of jobs. Our support can include job search, preparing a CV, making job applications and preparing for and succeeding at interview. After a successful interview we also provide advice on handling a job offer, negotiating pay and settling into your new job.

What sort of process will we go through?
From your initial enquiry we like to book a Free telephone conversation with you to find out more about your circumstances and explain how we work and how we can help you.
We then ask all clients to complete a short questionnaire and send a copy of your CV to us by email. We will then work with you to put a targeted action plan together and support you on your journey back into employment.
Applying for jobs can be a lonely and frustrating experience. You will be allocated a careers adviser who will support you on your journey into your new job. Having a careers adviser working with you will help and support you through the highs and lows. Your careers advisor can also act as a sounding board.
These services are delivered through Zoom, Skype, telephone or Face to Face at a Central London location which could be at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Alternatively, we will hire a room charging you at cost for the room hire in addition to the cost of the careers interview.
Whether you are in a job or not, you will need to be fully committed to finding a new job and work hard with us to ensure you give yourself the best opportunity to impress your future employers.

How many sessions will I need?
- Every programme of job search will be tailored to your needs. We find that 4-5 sessions will achieve the best results (The interview session will be of two hour’s duration).
How long will it take to get results?
- This will vary from client to client and the chosen career sector but it can take anything between one to six months.

Pricing
Depending on what stage you are at with your job search you may need 4 to 5 sessions. Each session will cost £115 per hour (for a private individual) not subject to VAT.
We will discuss putting a tailor-made programme together to suit your needs. The more sessions that you have the more likely you are to be successful.
