Stirling Careers Consultancy specialises in working with individuals in corporate organisations to help you proactively plan and manage your career within or outside your organisation.
This involves giving you a career planning model and the tools and techniques to help you plan your career now and in the future. It enables you to take charge of your own career.
We are currently going through a fourth industrial revolution. This is the environment in which disruptive technologies and trends such as the internet, robotics, virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) are changing the way we live and work. Some jobs will disappear and new jobs will be created.
The world is also changing at a fast pace and we all need career management skills to help us to navigate our way through the changes brought on by artificial intelligence, changes in the economy and job market. With some organisations not investing or helping their staff to plan their careers, it is important to take charge and manage your own career

On-going strategic career management
Career management is about having an on-going strategy in place to help you. This is not a one-off intervention. However, there will be times in your career when your career will require more input, especially if you are looking for a new job, promotion or facing redundancy. It maybe you might feel stuck career-wise and you want to review all your career options.
If you are facing redundancy, we recommend you look at our outplacement services.
