We are currently going through a fourth industrial revolution. This is the environment in which disruptive technologies and trends such as the internet, robotics, virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) are changing the way we live and work. Some jobs will disappear and new jobs will be created.
The world is also changing at a fast pace and we all need career management skills to help us to navigate our way through the changes brought on by artificial intelligence, changes in the economy and job market. With some organisations not investing or helping their staff to plan their careers, it is important to take charge and manage your own career

These services are delivered through one to one career coaching sessions over a period of time to suit your needs. We recommend up to 6 sessions to maximise the benefits of helping you to put a career plan in place and help you to continue to manage and develop your career.
We provide this service through an ongoing career coaching service and you will need to commit up to 6 x 1-hour sessions.
