Stirling Careers Consultancy delivers one to one career coaching sessions to employees in organisations to help them identify their career  goals.

One of the first things we do is explore who the candidate is (self-awareness) their skills, their achievements. It also looks at  what the candidate is hoping to achieve. We work with the candidate to find out where they are now, what their career goals are and where they want to take their careers.

Upskilling your employees

We finish up with putting a career plan in place for them to take away and implement. If we need to do any follow-up research we will email it through to them.

How do we work?

We like to have a Free telephone consultation with your candidate to find out more about what they are looking for.  We then agree a date to meet with them. Before we meet we ask them to complete a short questionnaire so that we have some background information on their career to date. We also ask them to send over your CV.

We do this to make sure the time spent together is maximised to its full potential. The session is of one hour duration, delivered at your organisation’s premises or at a mutually convenient location. We also deliver this service at an off-site venue and costs are agreed in advance.
