Stirling Careers Consultancy provides a range of job search workshops which can be a cost-effective outplacement solution where numbers of staff are being made redundant from organisations. Stirling Careers Consultancy works closely with your HR team to provide bespoke training solutions.
The group sessions can either be a day or half a day.
The above workshops are supported by one to one career coaching sessions, where clients can confidentially explore their career options with a trained career coach and given an agreed action plan to take away. These sessions will help you understand what is out there, both learning and work-now and in the future. It also helps you to aim high and achieve your potential. These workshops and coaching sessions can be delivered on-site or at an alternative venue.
We will meet with your Human Resource Department or senior member of staff to understand your training requirements. We will then write a proposal outlining a programme of support and costs.
Once the proposal has been agreed we will then agree costs, dates and times and Stirling Careers Consultancy will prepare a service level agreement to be agreed by both parties. Once the service level agreement has been agreed and signed and before we deliver the training we ask all attendees to complete a short pre-seminar questionnaire.
With career coaching sessions we ask all those requiring career coaching to complete a short questionnaire and return it to us along with their CV. This is to ensure that the time spent together is used to its full potential. A career coaching session takes an hour.
If Stirling Careers Consultancy needs to do any follow-up research afterwards it will be emailed through to you afterwards.
