Accepting a job offer (Onboarding)

Onboarding is the moment you have been offered and accepted a job.

It involves all the steps an organisation will take to get you successfully deployed and working within an organisation and being productive. We have supported our clients who have gained promotion in a new organisation to get started in their new roles.

It is about complementing what the new organisation’s onboarding process has to offer.  We act as a ‘sounding board’,  for example, we work with you to help you identify your objectives before you meet with your line manager.

The cost of each session is £125 (Not subject to VAT). We recommend six sessions for maximum benefit. Total cost £750 (Not subject to VAT).

If you are interested in finding out more onboarding please contact Alistair Stirling.
